Minimum Food & Beverage Requirement

A four-hour full buyout is required, with pricing based on the day of the week and event time. The maximum seated capacity is 48 guests, either on the patio or inside the dining room.

Patio Private Dining


Daytime Events

Capacity: Up to 48 guests

Availability: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM


Minimum Spend:

Monday–Wednesday: $1,800 food & beverage

Thursday–Sunday: $2,300 food & beverage


Additional Charges: 20% service charge

If the minimum is not met, a charge will be added to reach the required minimum.


Evening Events

Capacity: Up to 48 guests

Availability: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM


Minimum Spend:

Monday–Wednesday: $2,500 food & beverage

Thursday–Sunday: $3,000 food & beverage


Additional Charges: 20% service charge

If the minimum is not met, a charge will be added to reach the required minimum.

Private Dining (Indoor)


Daytime Events

Capacity: Up to 48 guests

Availability: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM


Minimum Spend:

Monday–Wednesday: $2,400 food & beverage

Thursday–Sunday: $2,500 food & beverage


Additional Charges: 20% service charge

Availability: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM


Minimum Spend:

Monday–Wednesday: $2,600 food & beverage

Thursday–Sunday: $3,600 food & beverage

Cancellation Policy

14+ days before the event: Full refund, including all fees.

7 days before the event: 50% refund, excluding fees.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking.

Additional Fees

Cake cutting: $1.50 per person

Corkage: $20 per bottle
